QUESTION: What are your thoughts on pre-match rituals? Have you thought through any particular rituals or routines, especially physical ones, to get you in the right state, just before facing an opponent?

DIRECTION: Exert your body in some way to the point of failure (for example: do push-ups or hold a half push-up position until your arms give out; lay on your back, legs straight out and hold your heels 8 inches off the ground until they drop).  Then record at least one observation about reaching the point of failure.  (Feel free to repeat exercise.)
